dear sir,
Im P.kiran mohan reddy customer of reliance postpaid CDMA no:9393999489, i had been charged extra in the roaming as my plan is PPS199, under these plan its 1 paisa/sec wether local or romaing .So according to the bill
My roaming charges as in the bill are
VOICE
local calls 818 units charged 22.11
but according to the pln its 8.18 Should be, but without checking the bill I paid my amount of RS:365.00
casullay i saw the bill and checked the bill details, i found this in tolerable billing.If i did nt check its gone! In this way how many times i dont know i was billed and cheated.Pleaase look into this matter , and what mesaures shouild i take to file on Reliance coomunications.
