    Default Billing dispute regarding monthly charges (internet charges)

    I have a post paid connection no. 09628019094, fom past three months the monthly charges of my mob. bill has dispute regading intenet charges (Rs.299*3= Rs.897). I have already lodged complaint in Vodafone Mini Store (U-Like communication) at Allahabad atleast 3 times. I have also get communicated with telephonically with your representative I have told him I will not pay unnecessary payments. My usage is vey less and monthly charges is very high.

    So kindly shortout my billing dispute othewise I will discontinue my connection, outgoing calls of my no. has been barred by company, this is not way to cheat a customer. Pls shotout my billing dispute as soon as possible.

    I have already sent (latter given below) the case to Legal advisor Mr. Karambir singh. (9815049317) on dated 30/9/09 through tranckon courier no.161410589 for settleing case after receiving the legal notice, then i talked to the legal advisor he said that u send ur problem through latter and i will see ur case. But he did not respondhe case but does not respond.In January2010 I received a call from Airtel lawyer Mr. R.K Sharma (9888627864) come & presnt in the Lok Adalat court.These pepole are blackmailing me .
    Sir, Its terrible. Its cheating with customer and feel no responsibility towards the customer.plz study my case thoroughly and shotout my billing dispute as soon as possible

    I was a customer of your post-paid cellular service mobile no. 9878472917 since May 2007 & there was no problem at all from both sides. In April, 09 a problem risen due to excess billing of internet charges Rs 2763/- for one day. I requested so many times to the customer care center to wave off the excess charges laid down in the bill, but there was little response from there end. Thus I have to stop the usage of this connection. In July 2007 I received a call in my new number from the customer care Airtel Mohali to pay your call charges and other excess charges will be waved off. Accordingly I paid Rs 1000/- wide receipt no 11599 on dated 20-7-09 as last & final payment and not provided the NOC.
    It is very much regretted that your office has been sent to me a legal notice for a payment of a Rs of 3484/- in spite of the matter settled by making payment of Rs 1000/-.
    Kindly look in to the matter and settled the case at the earliest.
    I shall be very thankful to you.
