Bill payment not updated to my account

    Default Bill payment not updated to my account

    I paid my Oct Month bill on 9 Dec 2009 of Rs 900 (Receipt No : 1966) by cash on Softtouch Enterprisesit it is Vodafone Ministore at Sec-15, Noida. But my payment is not updated in my account, for that my person visited many times on there store but they always says that there are some problem in the server & i got a SMS for that "Soory, Your bill pay request of Rs. 900 cannot be processed at this time.". For that problem i sent the mail (with scan copy of payment receipt) to Nadal officer, Vodafone Care (service request number is 2131083302), Wingscorporate, Retention also but nobody solve this problem. And i also visited to Vodafone Store but they says, sir we are enable to help, I told this thing to vodafone customer care (on 111) but they also said the same thing & today my mobile number is barred. when i asked why my number is barred, They said due to non payment. & i clearly saying whenever the number mobility is coming on that day i will left the Vodafone surely. & after this kind of experience i never want to go your Vodafone Store, I am just waiting to your response.

    Default bill payment not updated

    i paid my oct bill on dec 6th in online payment bill 192895617 but payment is not update my mobile no is 9884100933
    yesterday was number is barred . please verify and clear my bill
