Thread: IDEA POSTPAID _ Just want to club two postpaid accounts (waiting since Dec-2014)

    Default IDEA POSTPAID _ Just want to club two postpaid accounts (waiting since Dec-2014)

    Both accounts under my name only (If needed further I can provide my cellphone and account numbers…)
    I purchased 3 corporate postpaid connections (wanted them under one account number only)
    [BTW – all three were IDEA-prepaid on my name only previously]

    Marketing guy came and took all required documents and gave me 3 new sims and told me all will get activated 1 after another on consecutive days…

    Now the struggling started
    1) 1st sim got activated with totally wrong address…somehow I could able to passed that hurdle
    2) I told marketing guy please ask backend to correct my address; exactly mentioned in address proof.
    3) But before he’ll take any action 2nd sim got activated and clubbed with above number under same account,
    4) Now 3rd sim got activated with correct address but different account number…
    5) And after that day I was requesting that marketing guy, calling customer care, going to nearest IDEA office … no one would willing to help me

    Answers from each of them
    marketing guy: I’ll try to do it
    calling customer care: while registering complaint; answer I got is > you need to deal with that “marketing guy” only
    nearest IDEA office: you need to go to some head/furthest IDEA office. We can’t help you

    My concern : both accounts belongs to me, registered under my name and I was asking address to be corrected exactly same as given in address proof…what’s big deal why idea can’t do it with given document in past

    as a LAST try in Sep-2015; I moved back to IDEA Pre-paid and switched to Post-Paid again....and they activated Same OLD Separate account
