actually i have done my payments of my reliance mobile bill of number 9355690620 for the month of august09 , oct09 and nov 09 i.e before due date and beside that the web world palwal i.e pawar enterprises made my payment late by themselves and as i talked to them concerning the above they said that it will be levied in next bill but it is not levied till now and when i talked to there customer care they said that it will be done in the zonal web world bu they again said that it will be levied i next bill and after a long time they(customer care) have lodged my complaint for the month of nov09 and for the mont aug and oct they refused that they cant help me out and the same answer was of their nodal officer and am totally frustrated with this matter that they are just making customer fools and not this enough now from last 5 days that is from 12th jan 10 no messages from any other operators are being received in my area by any of the reliance cdma customer so please sort out my these 2 problems
