I am using Airtel Postpaid Number 98625 54082 of North-East Circle since 2007. The connection is on following Address:-

Keshab Sigdel
89 RCC (GREF)
Zubja-Sechu
Kohima-Nagaland

I have been posted to Leh (J&K) during Dec 2009. My this number was working till Jul 2011 but since after that it is not working. I have sent this number to Kohima, Airtel Office and they have checked it properly. It was working there but when it comes here in Ladakh, it stopped working again. I always deposited a advance bill, i could not understand that why it is not working.

I have lodged so many complaints in customer care of J&K and even to the North-East but all went in vain. Now i am lodging a complaint here when i didn't found any other way to go. Please look in to the matter to readdress my long pending grienances.

I am an airtel prepaid customer and my mob no is 9596196050.I was recharged Rs 501.00 on 07 dec 2011 at 1137h.The amount recharged successfully in my mob no from trans id 824740402. The rechared amount facilities connec in my mob no upto 13 mins.After 13 mins still now the facilities not functioning in my mob no.I have already talk with airtel customer care on 07 dec 2011 with Mr javaid at 2100hrs.He give me a complaint no also that is 3120753050700.but still now the amont facilities not workable in my mob no.pls request to tace action about this matter.thanking y.
