We have purchased a connection from Tata Indicom on 10th November 2008 as a two year advance rental plan. We have paid complete amount of Rs. 1231/- as advance(bill no. DL 01431528). Now they are refusing to accept that they have provided us with a two year plan. We have been complaining from the past two months but nothing has been resolved. They have discontinued my outgoing calls. And they are now charging payments as per monthly plan(despite the date is 10th November 2010). Please suggest what to do further.
