This is with regard to my post paid mobile connection, number 9677054900 ( Chennai number)which is taken in March’09. I have paid my bills till it was used.It was not used from the month of May 09 and the same was also informed to your Airtel office to disconnect the line. Though line was inactivated but bills were generated every month for the same. Then I have forwarded mails to your customer service team and got no proper response.

Now I have received a legal letter stating that I have to pay the full amount of
Rs. 743/- else legal action will be taken. When contacted your team, I understand that I have used Rs.6 in the month of May and I have not paid that month bill amounting INR 250 & due to which bills were generated for subsequent months also.

I have paid security deposit of INR 300 towards this connection. Also understand from your Airtel team that there is no deposit shown in your system. Please deduct the same for my actual unpaid bill. Will not pay any other bill amount for not using your service.

I have Receipt for security deposit & mails to your customer service team.

Kindly help to close my file immediately.
