Hi,
I am a Airtel mobile postpaid user. I used to have Rs 699 advance rental pospaid plan, valid of 1 year.After 1 year airtel changed my bill plan to Rs 300 per month plan without informing me that the bill plan has expired or they are changing the bill plan.When i complained at customer care, they falsely said that they have informed my friend regarding the bill plan change/expiry.
I want to register a case against Airtel, so want to take an advice from you, if its a valid case or not.
