    Default Harrasment, fruad By Airtel

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am a doctor by profession and a very responsible and law abiding citizen of my my Great Nation INDIA.I have my complain against Airtel postpaid section.I was using my postpaid connection 9810683906 until i moved out of country for Further Medical education.I was waiting for my detailed bill until the last day i left the country.I had directed my relative to pay 1000 INR for the bill,without getting the bill from Air tel .It is very unfortunate that in spite of the repeated requests i never did get a detailed bill on time and at times i had to pay the bill without seeing the details.
    After i returned from abroad my phone was disconnected.I was in a way happy and decided not to use Air tel services anymore.It was today since after so many months i am getting a call from extremely rude female who first stared in an extremely rude tone and asked me to pay the outstanding bills which was not a big amount .I argued that i did not get the detailed bills to justify that she said if you were not calling to your wife from your number then who was calling her? I was surprised to hear this from her and made a point that it was none of her business that who called her?but in spite of this she continued to abuse.
    I asked her about her name and employee code.She did not not provide me her employee code and straight way refused to provide it,I said it was my right to know whom I am talking to , I however noted down the number from which she was calling .I want to mention that number here which is as follows 9810063783.She made mentioned once that her name is Neha.but refused to provide her employee code number when I said i was going to make a complaint against Air tel.
    Moreover they had used a wrong means to get information from my wife saying that it was some courier service and needed her current address.It is very unfortunate THAT THE LARGEST CELLULAR COMPANY IN OUR NATION IS USING UNLAWFUL MEANS,TO COLLECT THE BILLS BY ABUSING & HARASSING THEIR CUSTOMERS::@.

    I REQUEST YOU GOOD SELF TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST AIR TEL.
