I am a Reliance CDMA postpaid user. Last month on 28 Nov I have given a request for Rs.11 SMS pack and on next day when I called up the customer care service and asked whether it has been activated or not, they replied that it has been activated. As they told it has been activated, I used the service frequently. And now in bill the SMS charge has been not deducted according to the message pack. When I called the Customer Care and asked why the SMS charge is not deducted according to SMS pack, they told that SMS pack was not activated.
I want you take an action against them.

My balance is getting deducted all the time for this caller tune services from many months which i have not activated... This month, it has charged 1rupee per two days and 30 rs today for renewal..which i had unsubscribed many times through sms and customer care complaints...I registered fresh complaint again today No. is 117493767 for the deactivation(not for reverting the money).. They said i need to call them again on the reversion as the server is down to do so...and the way that person talked was very rude... "technically i am telling so understand is the answer i get". Please take some action on them.. this is the indirect way of stealing our hard earned money in a dignified way...We should put a stop to this.... Thanking u in advance
My balance is getting deducted from my pre-paid account without any reason since last 2-3 days, it has reached from a balance of Rs. 100/- (Approx) to Rs. 3/-, i have not made any calls, sms is also under the scheme,
I don't know how to stop this.. I called to customer service, but even after waiting for 10 mintues they were unable to say anything.
Please help me.
