Hi,

Airtel activated 40 services on my account for which I received about 50-100 messages in a day and charged me Rs 1031.69. I called airtel same day while I was getting messages for services being activated, then I was told that system is down and the representatives will not be able to check details. I called in next day and the issue was escalated by supervisor for the deactivation of services and I was promised that the refund will be provided. After few days when no response was received from the escalation department the supervisor itself deactivated the services and promised the adjustment once the bill is generated.
1) Messages received caused trouble in my personal and sleeping time.
2) My balance received credit limit and I was asked to may payments without getting the details of the charges.
3) I am not provided the refund and the company wants me to pay for something that I never wanted, never activated and never used. The charges for these services is Rs 1031.69 incuding taxes. Please help me.
