I am Mohit Gupta law student from Delhi. I am using vodafone no. 9811057404.
aA few says back in November i went to the vodafone store in rohini sector 3 for converting my post paid no. to prepaid no. and i was addressed by nitin kaushal there. he told me to keep the no post paid and offered me several discounts and suggested me another plan. because of fake assurances from him i agreed to change the plan which was advance rental plan for 1 year. the rental for which was immediately charge to me.
But when my bill was generated on 11 december which is just a few days back it was as much as rs 2486 and there were simply no discounts deducted.
the discounts offered were
1. friends and family calls @ 10 paisa for no 989932725 and no 9811722410 for charges of rs 15 per month for each
2. no clip charges
3. fnf pack in which i get 1000 mins free vodafone to vodafone free for 6 months (which otherwise is for rs 150 a month)

which would have totaled more then 1700 out of this because most of the calls were on the two mentioned numbers

after getting the bill i visited the center again on 14/12/09.
but this time the same guy Nitin Kaushal was very rude and he gave me complaint id's which are 2113960174,2113960340 and 21228474370
and he told me that i will be given reversals for every thing charged including the calls on the no 9899932725.

relief sought by me here is that if possible;

1. the executive should be prosecuted
2. all the charges should be reversed including the ones for the advance rental plan and the calls charged for the above mentioned two numbers.
3. my number should be converted to pre paid.
4. if necessary i shall institute criminal proceedings against vodafone for commiting fraud.
