sir, i have sim with mobile no. 9407100994 and last week i had made recharge with topup of 55RS.and i got balance of 50RS. aftter 2 days in morning i had 48 RS. But at 5 p.m. on same day i found that my balance was deducted upto 0.00 RS. I Can't understand without using mobile how balance reduces?????????when i asked to customer care they told that u have used 30 mb browsing of internet on mobile.first thing is bsnl not works continually that i can assess internet coninue on mobile,its network discontinues when i works.and in past also the bsnl have deducted my money in this same way.
