I am availing services from vodafone since last 10yrs recently they have deducted 100/- on 24th nov and 100/- on 28th nov even though i have not used any other services of vodafone in this regards i called customer care they were telling that we don't have any records if they don't any record how they will deduct amount from my a\c then i send a mail to customer care ref to my mail they called me and said if u pay Rs.49/- they will provide the details, and they talk rudely with me, from last one week i lost my business actually iam Life Insurance Agent and i am mentally distrub, whenever i contact to any customer i want get down from four floor to call to my customer.

can u guide me and suggest what action should taken against vodafone people.

please help in this regards.
