I am astonished to know that the new frauds handsomely disguised are left untouched with punishment. They have made the general public using their services their child play. They throw unnecessary schemes to the subscribers which never is used by the "Unfortunate" subscribers.
I am one of the few unfortunate people who are the sufferers at the hands of these ceremonious frauds. I have been forced to subscribe to services like missed call alert, caller tunes, and many other useless services which I am never interested to. Worse they the Vodafone company has deducted my account balance to negative also. On lodging complains regarding such issues to customer care and its local office in Bhubaneswar, orissa, I was rebuffed, returned back with insults from the support staff. I feel cheated, insulted and deprived.
And one more thing you would be amused of that while these services were activated from the company's side my cell phone was in switched off mode.
Can you help me in this matter.

I am sorry to say but Vodafone is the worst service provider in cellular arena. From the date I put your sim card in my mobile phone, I am having unnecessary headache. Your customer care executive from her side confirmed me of cancelling all the useless services activated from your side without my acknowldgement. But again to my surprise my balance got deducted. By far I feel you are really frauds.
