dear administrator,

After seeing the Company's website, i have recharged my mobile through internet banking with a amount of rs75 on 27th nov2009 expecting Rs66 as rechange value. but i got shocked when i got recharged with only Rs1!!! i immediately called up customer care executive but he said that sebsite is showing wrong information.
i am very sure IDEA must have cheated many customers the way i am cheated....
please take corrective actions
