    Default Airtel Postpaid excess billing

I am MANIKANDAN residing in chennai have been using Airtel Postpaid connection for two months and have found thier service dissatisfying. On choosing Airtel i selected one of the plan offered by them, the plan was Power talk 199 and the topup was Rs.60 for activating airtel to airtel 10paise and Rs.60 for activating 22000 sms free per month but as per thier promises given to me during new connection was not activated, beliving on that these plans are activated i used my mobile accordingly. There was no confirmation made to check whether these plans were activated. I was really shocked to see my bill carrying Rs.625.13 which should actually be Rs.337 insteadof activating these schemes they charged me Rupee 1 for each sms and 0.30paise for airtel to airtel.i contacted customer care and i made a complaint regarding this and i clearly stated them that i can't make bill payments unless the bill is rectified and resent to me. my request was initially accepted that the mistake was from thier side but later denied from then and till date. i recieved for the following months as Rs.1138.30- second month, Rs.317.88-third month without the scheme activationand i recieved many phone calls asking me to make bill payments but i was neglected everytime when i forwarded my request later on i started recieved rude phone calls for making bill payments or else you will be bharthi Airtel file case against me.
today i recieved a notice from an advocate who is representing bharthi airtel. i feel i am being cheated by bharthi airtel. i really cant afford to pay the bill amount or run to the court. who is going to give justice foe me, should i pay the penalty for bharthi airtel mistake and carelessnes

I would like to ask Airtel, do the resolve the issues really or they just post it here that they will be resolving? But no mention of what the solution is... I doubt the intention of solving Customer issues by Airtel. Too bad, the way they respond, solve queries/issues/concerns.
I could say, Airtel is no more customer oriented but bucks oriented.
Guys, see for Your self, from the beginning the most congested network is Airtel, they have got a target to increase the customer base by 2 fold in 2 years from the time they reached 100 million mark. But no disclosure of if they are going to doulbe the infrastructe too to cater the needs of the already the most congested Network.
Give other players too a chance rather than just hanging onto this network which has become a big headache to even its long term customers.
Hope U may find a better service from other service providers.

    Regards,
    Pradeep Dandu.
