this is regarding my new idea post paid connection( IDEA PHONE NO. 9990007271) . few days back i have taken a new idea connection named " Advance Rental - 2 yrs plan" with a cash payment of Rs 998 ..the cash receipt which i got does not stated that the amount Rs 998 is including or exclusive tax..recently i received the bill which has got 12 % tax on amount of Rs 998 which i have paid them on taking plan.

If they want to tax on the Rs 998 ..they should take on the spot ..not that after one month..keeping the customer unknown about tax

Also i checked the idea cellular website .. in the website also i find that they are not mentioning anything about tax on the plans .

Also contacted the Miss Sapna idea nodel officer.. but didn't get satisfactory answer
