i am a tata-indicom usb internet user and want to bring forward a case of wrong billing done by the company.

-->I had taken the connection of USB internet on 02.01.2009 with a VData Unlimited plan 1099. which i am still using.
recently when i was intending to change my plan i visited the tata indicom website. i found that the same plan which i was using was available at Rs799 (VData Unlimited plan).
-->I came to know that the company has reduced the charges of the plan from the month of may-2009. but still i was getting billed at Rs1099. i was paying Rs300 extra for no good reason. i complained the company regarding the issue. their response was "we can not change customers plan without their consent". but they didn't took any action regarding the same.
-->I talked to the nodal officer of the MP circle, she then assured to me that i will be refunded the whole amount (from may till october) back in 2-3 days.my data card plan was changed to Rs799 but no amount was refunded.
-->I made another complaint to the company, then they refunded me Rs300 as the compensation.I called the nodal officer again and she refused to give any other refund to me.
-->i want to fight against this illegitimate billing on the part of company. when the plan charges are increased by the company they don't even ask the consumer and just increase the billing amount.i have been duped of Rs1800 by the company.
