Late billing and making 100's of irrelevant calls Honourable Consumer court,
I have a complaint against Airtel. I have airtel number since last 3 years and have been making my payaments on time. This year in june i got the bill of 340 rs which i paid immedietly. After that i got a bill of 9000 rs in the month of july. In that they had added around 6000 from the previous month. I called them number of times and also sent them around 10 mails. Only reply i got them was that the bill charges are valid and you have to pay it. I Said i will pay the bill only after i get a proper solution to my problem. But still no body tried to solve the issue. Just everyone is interested in money. After some time they blocked my calls. So i disconnected the number. Now they are trying to call the number where i had called from their phone and asking for my new number. Instead of solving the issue, they are making it more complex. Please help. I am ready to provide all the conversations i had with them through mail.
