I'm the same aniket kumar from PES SCHOOL, Bangalore with airtel postpaid connection bearing 9902826017 with account no. 1018548549.

In my previous post i've published my problems. But the menace still continues. Soon after they blocked the sim, and it fails to register in the network which means i'm completely isolated from the customer care. Guess they're enjoying torturing me. For 14 days, they are asking me Rs 7000, They keep on asking for money, How m i supposed to pay up??????

Kindly look into my matter please! I'm having a nightmare here even when I'm awake!!!!!

Dear aniket, I also facing the same issue. They charged me rs.1206 for downloading and subscribing some stuffs from gclub. I approached to nodal officer and appelate but they also didnt help me...
We need to be unite and file case against airtel now. Its high time...

i have gone thru your posts...it really sucks... A few days back.. the airtel people came and i pad rs 2500 on the promise that the connection will be deactivated. But today they came again and asked for rs 3500 more...
How m i supposed to give more??? i gave 2500 for just 14 days.. are they trying to rape me or something?? airtel really sucks.. m having a nightmare here..wen i dial the dis airtel no.. from other no. i get a message that the number does not exists, but still m being charged with the monthly rental which is rs 999.
I think it wud be best to file a case in the consumer court, a real one.. not this site..it isn't helping!!!!

finally m robbed....i used the internet connection for just 14 days and i'm forced to pay 5000 rs tomorrow...i've already made a payment of 2500...

practically there isnt airtel customer care..they dont even care...they suck,,,airtel sucks...airtel is fraud!!!!!!!!!

I'm Karthik Krsihnamoorthy, working in Bangalore. I want to file a complain against BHARTHI-AIRTEL. I am using the airtel postpaid connection bearing phone no. 9900219887 with account no. 105-1011228432. I enabled

Airtel Weekly MO on my number. I was browsing internet through my PC.

On 19th October 2009 at 23:31 I got a message that I've downloaded ChiggyWiggyVer1 MP3 Tone from AirTel charging me Rs 15. I got almost 17 message between 23:31(19th Oct 2009) to 00:41(20th October 2009). I immediately called up Customer Care regarding this issue and asked them to log a compliant and the Customer Care said to wait till the bill generation. Informed me to call after that. I have waited till my next bill generation(8th Nov 2009).

I've called several times after the bill generation. I called up the Customer Care people on night time and they informed that the application is not working now calle me on day time. I called up next day evening and that
person said the same thing. I tried calling them after two days. Atlast that person that we will log a compliant and I didnt recieve any ticket number. Later I called up them again and i found no ticket was logged by the
earlier person. Later I requested to log a ticket. Later I was told that the back end team was working on this issue and gave me number. I was assured a call back regarding the same from back end team. I didnt get reaponse
after 6-7 days I again called up. They said that Back end people has verified that it was genuine download happened from my side. I told that how can I get charged for the service which was not used. Later I was compelled to pay my bill and later I made the payment with late charges except the It was more than 500+ which I've been charged(including the tax), which I refused to pay till now. I have been charged till now.

Nor I made any downloads as they are claiming nor I have visited any websites through my mobile. I was accessing Internet through my PC using AirTel Mobile.

I've told enough times Airtel People regarding the same. Nobody has escalated this issue and it was like that it is my issue only. I am being held up for this issue. I am attachimg my mesasge for your proof. These are the SMS recieved on my mobile regards to the issue.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue. I'm mentally torrtured by the Customer care who dont care about my issue; I'm helpless in this regards. Please help me out !!!

Total Amount charged without Tax = 802 (with tax would be around 886)

15+50+5+99+10+20+15+15+15+15+15+15+20+50+15+99+99+ 30+20+30+20 = October Bill = 672(With Tax would be around 742)
30+20+30+30+20 = November Bill = 130(With Tax would be around 144)

Airtel is more like a robber...they cheat customers and dont give even a satisfactory service....

Lemme give a piece of advice.... renew your system...your system is at fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! many customers keep getting automatic generated message...
first rectify the problem and we'll be glad to pay for the service not for some stupid java games!!!!!!!!!!

I called airtel cust care and spoke to various agents and team leads and they dont seem to care a dam about the issue.
And i continue to get chareged 25rs everyday....
Now i see that this is happening with everyone...
Airtel network is getting bad these days and now all these crazy charges....its just getting on my nerves...
We need to take a legal action against airtel...

I tried to Top-Up my Airtel Prepaid Number through Mcheck application for Value Rs.333 using my registered SBI Credit card. I recieved all successful messages from SBI card with a Auth code and successful message from AIRTEL. But my balance was not updated.I approached the customer care for the first time and i am asked to wait for 3 days if it is not reflected it was advised as the amount will be credited back to the bank account but it was not happened. I contacted the customer care after 3rd day it was told that it was problem with the bank, i am asked to confirm the transaction success. I contacted the bank and the transaction was 100% successfull. I again updated the same to Customer care executives and supervisors. It was very clear that the transaction happened and it was fault with Airtel systems but i am still not able to recieve my money in my balance or in my bank account. It was more than 10 times i contacted the customer care. But it seems to be very careless handling. I lost my money Rs.333. It was 40 days and no action has been taken seriously. Is this the service airtel is giving us and i am using this number for 6 years.I am totally uncomfortable with this service recently i experienced with AIRTEL.

I am very much worried to find the complaint service is not toll free and i had lost more money in making complaints. This is really making a negative impression on the provider. No follow up for the the complaint raised.

The Bharti Airtel CC Executives & Supervisors promised to credit the amount within 24 hrs and nothing was happened as told. Really this is very poor service from Airtel. Show how can i claim my money back and what is the compensation i am going get back for the poor service delivered. This seems to be a forgery play. Why is this unaddressed. Why they promised and never put my money back in my account. How can i trust future accountings with Airtel if this service is in such a irresponsible way.

Just send "unsub gc" to 56363 to avoid automatic renewal of gamesclub services..
Had to dig deep to find this out...what was funny though was that the customer care had no idea about this.....
