    Angry Airtel post paid connection

    Dear Sir,

    I am using Airtel Black bery phone and paid my bill of 12589.31 Rs on 25 oct before the due date and the cheque was cleared through my accounts on 27 oct in airtels account ...still they have disconnected my connection ...i have provided them all the documents but still they have not connected the phone yet .....the same thing they have already done before ...

    if the amount is credited to there account they should know but these people have made a habbit of harrasing the customers .....

    please take a strong action against them i want compensation from airtel as my outgoing facility was disconnected and i have lost valuable business due to this ......even though i have paid the sum before the due date

    Default airtel fake billing charges!!!

    I'm Aniket Kumar, Engineering student from PESSE, Bangalore. I want to file a complain against BHARTHI-AIRTEL.

    I took airtel internet postpaid connection bearing phone no. 9902826017 with account no. 1018548549. The connection got activated on 22nd Sept and after 4 days i started receiving sms from 54321 charging me Rs.99 every now and then. This continued for 14 days. And currently outstanding amount is Rs 7170. I haven't made any calls nor did i send any sms. All i did was download stuff and browse using this UNLIMITED 999 plan internet connection.
    This huge amount has been charged against me in 14 days.

    The proof has been shown below.. These are the actual sms. Nothing has been modified.There are still more of these. Kindly help me. I'm so tortured mentally. I'm helpless. I'll be on my knees even if i have to. PLEASE!!!!!!

    Default Amt wrongly charged to my bill.

    I, K. R. Gevaria(M No. 9979853315) have received a massage from no.5432 as below,

    Thanks for downloading PubGames from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. Filmy Buzz and Pics *32t1*69#

    But I havn't downloded this kind of stuff in my mobile. In past also this has been 4 many times. Even I didn't click any of such links

    I too have the same compaint against Airtel. I don't think they care much about their customers anymore. I have already decided to switch over to other services.

    Default Fleecing money Rs 99 is act of desperation

    Airtel is charging Rs 99 without any prior notification. Basically they are making a 180 degree turn from strength of keeping customers satisfied. I would urge all smartphone useers to go to Vodafone or Idea to try a concerned service provider as having such a plan just shows the intent of operator. By the way my number 9971148959
