Dear sir,
This post is to bring your attention on my Airtel wrong billing issue. On 28th November I got about 17-18 sms in which they mentioned that I have been charged for download so and so stuffs from gclub.in or Airtel live. I registered a complain for that on same day and I got a reply to wait till 2nd November for resolution. On 2nd November when I asked for resolution they asked for 6th November for resolution and now today i.e. 6th November again they are asking for 11th November 2009.
I like to tell you that I never downloaded any stuff from gclub or Airtel live. I raised my issue to nodal officer also but no satisfactory answer I get. My connection is corporate and if my issue doesn’t gets resolve in coming days then my salary will be deducted for those wrong billed amount. I can see lots of complaints on consumercourt.in forum for gclub.in wrong charges.
I request you to take a proper action and help me with your knowledge.
