    Default Airtel Gclub Wrong Billing Refund issue.

    Dear sir,
    This post is to bring your attention on my Airtel wrong billing issue. On 28th November I got about 17-18 sms in which they mentioned that I have been charged for download so and so stuffs from gclub.in or Airtel live. I registered a complain for that on same day and I got a reply to wait till 2nd November for resolution. On 2nd November when I asked for resolution they asked for 6th November for resolution and now today i.e. 6th November again they are asking for 11th November 2009.
    I like to tell you that I never downloaded any stuff from gclub or Airtel live. I raised my issue to nodal officer also but no satisfactory answer I get. My connection is corporate and if my issue doesn’t gets resolve in coming days then my salary will be deducted for those wrong billed amount. I can see lots of complaints on consumercourt.in forum for gclub.in wrong charges.
    I request you to take a proper action and help me with your knowledge.

    Today i got a mail from airtel appellate@airtel.in that my billing is correct and there is no issue according to them. I like to tell that if my bill is correct then why should i fight for it? I am pasting some links which i found during net surfing, here lots of airtel customer faced the same as i am facing now. Gclub is the main issue of airtel for which they are charging customers and if customers make complain they just close complains by saying they have a very good system and foolproof so no wrong billing can be generated. If i used then why should i raise my voice against their wrong bill.
    I need your help,please let me know how can i pull airtel in consumer court or i need my refund.

    I like to tell you that I never requested for any such pack or never downloaded any stuff from Airtel live. I have corporate connection and I don¿t have voice plan activated on it that¿s why I am not able to contact your customer care center.
    
    I request you to kindly waive off all packs and the charges which you have charged but I have not subscribed downloaded. Please go through my account details and do the needful.

    Thanks for your reply, I like to tell you that i googled for Gclub issue and found that lots of subsribers are facing the wrong deduction/billing for downloading/subscribing the airtel live stuffs.
    I contacted them and got a reply from Mr. Sameer whose number is 9995868111. He also faced the same issue 2 months back and he was charged rs.1406 for downloading the stuffs from Gclub which he never downloaded. So he approached to Nodal and he got a waive over his bill. But in my case no one is listening. I am here and with the help of consumer court i will sure file a case against airtel if i dont a get proper resolution.
    I am pasting below Mr. sameer's complain and his reply.

    If you are not getting any proper resolution it is advisable to mark a mail to the nodal officer. I have mailed to the nodal officer mentioning my complete problems and i could proove my innocence in my case. They given me complete refund by adjusting in my bill. If you need to know the nodal officer details visit Trai website. The executives sitting in their customer service dont have authority to give you this kind of discounts. So mark a mail to the nodal officer of your region, it will definitly help you in solving your issues. Describe your issue completely in your mail body. They will revert you within 1 week. I got the reply on the very next day.

    I checked your all posts and i observed that in all the posts you just copy pasted the same thing in your reply.
    Why dont you come with a resolution, Is this another trick to make fool customers by replying to their posts so that they wait for resoltion from your end?
    Please provide us resolution else dont only post the same thing in all replies and also come with resolution if you ever made any .

    Please check this number 9902826017 which i got from this forum only .
    Mr. aniket had been charged rs 7000+ for downloading so and so stuffs.
    airtel fake charges!!!!

    I request you to look your system bug else you are going to loose a huge customer base only due to wrong billing...

    Today i got a call from nodal officer delhi.
    She waived off rs . 1016.95 from my wrong bill and the amount of rs .1016.95 is credited back to my account today itself.
    Thanks to airtel...

    In case the Airtel Customer Care are failed to provide you with any solution then just email your complaint to your area nodal officer and in if still not get any response then forward your complaint to your area Appellate Authority, if all the channel get failed then you can knock the consumer forum. But before that do some basic things as mentioned.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

    Default airtel fraud and cheat

    I am Aejaz from Srinagar with no 9906700239. I want to say that Airtel is a fraud. They sent me a message today that says " Thank you for downloading Java game ....." and Rs 50 was deducted for nothing. I have not downloaded anything. I was just surfing using mobile office. I contacted custumer care and they said you have downloaded java game. I wonder how air tel is cheating people. i think i need to change my service provider.

    Hello,

    I am getting sms from AD-54321
    "Thanks for downloading 20_20Cricket from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99. Get latest games at
    gclub (url)

    I haven't downloaded anything, nor I am interested in subscription. Same message(SMS) coming again and again.

    This happened so far thrice with me. Yesterday two times at midnight 2.12 AM received SMS
    Total RS.297 charged to me without any game download so far. Its totally frustrating experience and unwarranted. I browse the internet and saw tons of complaint of similar kind on Airtel on these incidences pertaining to gclub. Your customer care asking me to wait for bill generation. How can i wait when per day I am getting charged Rs 99 without any reason.


    Please revert the charges.
