    Angry gclub sucks airtel sucks

    I dont find any solution in this forum. What is use of this just to know how many bakarass airtel is doing?

    This is really annoying. Is this the way airtel is making billions?

    Its better to give money to charity rather getting fooled by airtel. The seevice realy sucks in ters of billing.and charging. Hitech juglary and burglary?

    Angry airtel cheating

    hello.this is kiran kumar +919989882905..
    i really wonder, airtel charged Rs80 without any downloading.
    today i downloaded some app and it was given a link to wap site jetx (i confirm this is no gclub.in*).....
    i just opend it ,didn't downloaded a single bit of data,i got msg from AD-54321 showing
    " Thanks for downloading java game from airtel.you have been charged Rs 50.get latest games at h**p://gclub.in/eaEA Gold - Home "
    how d hell dis happened?there is no application in my mobile.and also i got 2 more msgs telling,i subscribed for weeklysub service from airtel
    and Rs35 more bal deducted.how can i subscribe for 2 services n 1 download with just click???
    there is no appliation downloaded in my mobile..airtel really sucks.
    i googled abt this issue..there are plenty of users suffering from this service..you must react abt this gclub.in otherwise we will move to other operator..

    Default Airtel Wrong bill

    i was having an airtel number 9845711823 and i took one more number 9980144424,later on i surrender 9980144424,but after few month they start adding 9980144424 number rental of aproximate Rs.1000 per month in the bill of 9845711823 without any intimation to me,after few month when i check my bill found that they are adding aprox Rs.1000 in my bill of 9845711823 even when card is not in use neither any incoming or out going calls.
    when i ask to give back credit to my bill on 9845711823 they refused and now threatening me to reapay bil of 9845711923.
    When i have not opted service nor i ask them to start connection,how they can charge without providing any service.
    Please help me to get out airtel problem

    Default Fake bill

    Hi, I m Prabhat

    One of my friend was also using AIRTEL post paid connection from last 8 months. He took GPRS connection by Rs98/ month. After one month my friend got msg from AIRTEL customer support to pay Rs 3245 not for call charges but for only downloading the data.

    My friend gave a request to close he GPRS services on the same date that 22 sep 2011. After 15 days he received a call from AIRTEL that he had to pay Rs 7818. He got shocked and after asking to airtel people he came to know that he had downloaded large amount of data in 48 hours. That was a shocking new because my friend had already put a request for closing of GPRS services and he even he did not call or to use his cell anymore.

    He denied and comlaint a request three to four times by calling CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF AIRTEL. Today AIRTEL PEOPLE send a person to his home without any prior warning and notification for the collection of the above amount.

    The person was telling him that he was from AIRTEL and want the bill amount right there only and in cash only.

    My friend told him that he would submit the bill online, that person denied that my friend cannot submit through check as well as online and he was not even ready to connect to customer service.

    That AIRTEL COLLECTION PERSON who was telling himself from collection department of AIRTEL gave my friend a treat of calling 4 to 5 people from local and also told him to pay there only, My friendasked him to talk to his manager. He gave a personal number, I and my friend dont know whose number was that and who was that person, I think that FAKE MANGER or may be AIRTEL also threatened my friend to send 4 to 5 person to collect the amount. When I made a call to customer department, the executive told me that they have not processed any complaint to their collection department because it was one month only. after three or four months they used to call first for amount for bill.

    Immediately my friend made me a call, I live near to AIRTEL OFFICE kormangala, immediately I reached there and told to the manager.

    that manager spoke to that AIRTEL person on phone.

    They also told me that they never send the collection departmnet person to any consumer without any prior notification but still that person was from AIRTEL. I and my friend are sur because that person was having geniune Identification card and complete BILL copy with him and the manager to whom I contacted by reaching AIRTEL OFFICE also told him that the man is from collection department and verified his name also. Thats why AIRTEL PEOPLE cannot say that the man fron collection was fake. But the way he was giving threats to my friend, We got affraid and immediately I paid my friends bill in AIRTEL OFFICE by online.

    But that bill was completely fake because how can anybody download such a huge amount of data within 48 hours and not by 3G it was only by simple recharge of 98.

    This AIRTEL if does not resolve this problem. It will be a problem for them.
