My self Mr Umasankar Taken 8 connectins as CUG from TATA INDICOM and 1 TATA INDICOM Photon Pro, 1 Tata Indicom Photon Plus in the name of M/S Replete Energy Pvt Ltd with account number90446169. When i am taking Cug connections they activated for only seven connections and they are no activated for one number.I didnt noticed the same after 2 months i got a doubt on my bill and i asked for detailed bill i just schoked see ing the bill and other information.
Every number is of 249 rental services is different. i raised the same issue to constumer care there is no response, after that i spoke to NODEL HEAD Mr Dheeraj Sutlani there is also no response.After i shouting on Nodel team they arranged call back from COO of Ap Circle Mr RAMAKRISHNA.S. If i am asking about this issue he is asking about what is your profession i dont understand what is the use of it. And he commited the proble will be solved with in 48 hours till today the problem is not solved and more over i am sending several mails to Appelate Authority of Ap circle but there is no reply tii to day.
so please do the needful.

My Tata Indicom mobile number is 9212678474. I had a plan of Rs450 which allows me to carry a STD on one number for unlimited minutes. TATA changed this plan and provided now a very few STD minutes on the same plan. This change was neither notified by e-mail, mail and phone or through their customer service team.
The company never took permission for changing the plan or asking me for the same. On calling their customer service, they said bill plan is closed. None of the mobile companies take off their old customers from old bill plans. TATA Indicom does it and that too without informing the same.
Customer service representatives were uncooperative in understanding the issue. I am not liable to pay with such kind of fraudulent billing. I might plan to go to consumer court if company asks me to pay this kind of fraudulent bill.
please state your version in a letter and send it to the registred address of the compnay with a registered letter then if they are at still at fault, then you cannot be held responsible for that

wat is the solution there is no response from your persons till today may i know who confirmed the CUG activated till to day it is not activated its shame on your part.for wong commitments to the customers and wat happend to my last 2 months bills and how many days my net is not worked.

Hi Umasankar,
Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.
Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
