Respected Sir/Madam,
I was holding mobile connection from airtel which i have surrendered vide reference no. 858834379 dated 6-2-2009 and have sent many emails to the company in addition to several calls on their costumer care no 121. I am forwarding my several emails sent to them on various dates and my todays email in response of their legal notice regarding non payment of bill of airtel number which i have already surrendered and used by someone else through sim clonning due to company's unresponsible behaviour and not giving due attention towards emails sent by me.

Please refer to my earlier emails which i am attaching for your consideration which i have already sent to you and nodal officer and Mr.Jatinder Pasricha.Now i have received legal notice under section 403,405,406 and 420 to defame me. Till date i have not taken any action against the company for harassing me,but now after studying your notice and section 420 specially i have no alternative other than going to court for justice under-section 499.Instead of showing courtesy for unneccessary harassment to me due to lapses on the part of your company for not taking timely action on my pleas send through emails,you have sent me a legal notice that too using wrong section viz 420. Now am giving you a 15 day timespan to mend your mistake as i was already informing you through emails that am not using that number any more and it was mistake on your company's part that you haven't considered my emails and reference number 858834379 dated 6/2/2009 which was given to me by your costumer care executive.

With reference to my earlier emails dated 4/4/09 & 20/4/09 I am disappointed from the airtel services regarding closure of my mobile number 9815348989 as yesterday I have come to know from your airtel representative and also from customer care i.e 121 that till date this connection is in my name whereas someone else with the consent of your airtel office is using my number. I am astonished after knowing that number is still in my name whereas I have destroyed the original sim in the month of march then how it is possible to give my number of which i have not applied for duplicate sim to someone other. If my number is used by any anti-social element then who will be the responsible? & who will be the responsible for its bill payment? As all this happened with the involvement of your Airtel staff so you are requested to conduct detailed inquiry to trace the culprit otherwise i have no alternative except going to Consumer Court. RESPECTED SIR/MADAM IHAVE RECEIVED YOUR OFFICE LETTER DATED 11th Aug 09 and shocked to note that as per your company record a sum of Rs.8307.73 are outstanding as on date on account of mobile number9815348989 surrenderd by me on 6th FEB 2009 VIDE YOUR OFFICE REFERENCE NUMBER 858834379 and followed by email dated 04-04-2009 and 20-04-2009 sent to your nodalofficer.pb@airtel.in and after coming to know that my previous number 9815348989 is issued to someone by your airtel office was alloted again in my name then i have sent email dated 09-07-2009 to nodalofficer.pb@airtel.in and appellate.pb@airtl.in to investigate the whole issue then again ihave send email to appellate.pb@airtel.im on 14-07-2009 and 15-07-2009 and after doing so much then on 30-07-2009 i have got email from appellate.pb@airtel.in that 9815348989 discontinued from 15-07-2009. it is a matter of concern that a company like you does not give fair treatment to their customers.insted of feeling sorry for the wrong acts of the company`s representatives for not giving due attentions to my above communications in additions to phone calls at 121 your company has send me wrong bill which can not be related to me in any way.here i want to clear ONETHING THAT IN MY FULL LIFE I HAD NEVER TAKEN A SINGLE PAISE GIFT OR OTHERWISE FROM ANY ONE EVEN AT THE TIME OF MY DAUGHTER` MARRIAGE SO I CANNOT RETAIN ANY UNDUE MONEY OF ANYONE INCLUDING OF YOUR COMPANY BUT IN THIS CASE MONEY IS NOT DUE TOWADS ME IN ANY WAY FROM ANY ANGLE and instead of sending me this notice company should must investigate the whole case and should have read my whole correspondence and record,.now i am thinking to forward all this case to consumer court due to unnecessary harasment to me and the irresponsive behave of the company resulting to tenssion and mental harrasment to me.you are requested to please resolve my complaint in 7 DAYS otherwise i will have no option to lodge the complaint against the company in consumer court and to send all this case to media and to TRAI.with best regards DAVINDER BAJAJ
