My mobile no of Reliance GSM is 9595188721. I got a SMS in the morning at 8:00 AM that I am subscribed for the service called CRBT at Rs. 30/30 days. But I have not subscribed to such service. When I call to their customer care center then my call was recieved by a person named PRAKASH as he told me. When I asked for refund then he only insist that I have subscribed for that service. When i told him to lodge a complain then he don't do so.
Please do something for refund of my money to my account.

I am abhishek. I am a reliance prepaid gsm (up east) user and my no. is 9026994580. I got a msg by 5th jan 2010 at 11:36pm that "Dear customer,U are subscribed to Callertunes at Rs1/2 days." while i didn't subscribe any such type of service. And the next day i got another message that " YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS." and my 30Rs.had been deducted. I just called to customer care and talked to Umesh.he said that yes i agreed that ur CRBT subscription has been done automatically by service and he forward my request that service request no.is 116772371. and said that ur deducted balance will be refunded at ur accout within two days. After 3 day I got a msg that "Dear Reliance Customer as per SR 116772371 Rs.31 is posted for wrong charging rest deduction is correct and CRBT services Unsubscribed" But still deducted balanced was not refunded. customer care said just wait within 24hr. it will be added.But now its more than 78 hrs.
So please i am requesting to u..Help me to refund my deducted balance.

I have sent a complain regarding automatically balance deduction at your given email id. of nodal officer i.e. Rcomnodalofficer.UPE@relianceada.co by 25th Jan,2010. But till now no action was taken by him. he didnt reply nor solve the poblem also. Now i am just hopeless and having a negative image of Rim GSM service. Please help to solve my problem.
