    Angry Excess bill

    FOR THE MONTH OF JULY THERE WAS EXCESS BILLING.I GOT MY DETAILS OF ALL THE CALLS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE-JULY(CYCLE PERIOD IS 19 JUNE -18 JULY).THOUGH I PAY MY BILLS ON TIME AND THERE WAS NO OUTSTANDING AMOUNT PENDING AGAINST ME.WHEN I DID THE TOTAL FOR JUNE-JULY THE IT AMOUNTS TO Rs542/ BUT IN THE BILL IT IS Rs2980 WHICH INCLUDES ALL THE STD CALLS STARTING FROM 21 OCT 08 TILL 16 JULY 09.I HAD PUT THE WRITTEN COMPLAINT 12 SEPT 09 TO LOCAL OFFICE IN UDHAMPUR BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.I ALSO REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT THROU MOBILE HAVING DOCKET NO J107796954.HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE THAT THEY PUT THE ALMOST YEAR OLD BILLS WHEN I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY BILL EVERY MONTH.I TRIED CALLING THE NODAL OFFICER UDDHAMPUR BUT NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE.I HAVE PAID MY BILL FOR MONTH OF JUNE JULY AND WAS TOLD THAT AMOUNT WILL BE ADJUSTED IF THERE WILL BE WRONG BILLING BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL DATE.

    Default Excess Bill and no detail provided when asked and the service was terminated

    Dear Sir / Mam,

    This is to inform you that i had one Reliance No - 9313155345 four to five months back. For which i had got the Bill for the amount of around 2200 Rs.When i called up the customer care for the detail of bill. They denied and de activated my number.I am a service person.For me working without ph is tough.Hence i had to take New connection.

    After a month or so the Collection team from Reliance started calling me several times.They started forcing me to pay the bill. But i was rigid that i would not pay unless you send me the detail of the bill. That is my right to know. I Cant pay for anything for which i am not aware off. Some how they finally forwarded me the bill details.After going throgh the bill i called the executive ato explian me the bil. Because the bill seems to be fake to me.Even the executive and the Sr Manager on the floor could not understand how the bill was charged.

    As my number was distributed among so many people, I wanted to get that no activated.They commited me that once you pay the bill it would get activated.I called up the customer care they told me that the no has been terminated.There is no way to activate that no again.Also i had given some security while taking that no that would be also not refunded. I called up the collection team and informed them the same.And then onward they stopped calling me.I thereafter assumed that case has been closed.

    And now after that long time , I got a call from 011-32696688 from Nand Kishore saying that the Sambandh has been sent at your address against this no.He also gave me my file number - DL 429 / 09.And also asked to call the Advocate who had filed the case against me. His Name is Manish and his no is 9990655719.

    Now pls guide me where I am wrong ........... Should i pay for something which I do not understand.Where I am wrong?Pls guide me how to go about it.
