    Default tata docomo photon billing harassment

    I had a tata docomo photon connection no-923009595 and had sent an e mail to the company to deactivate it 0n 27th april 12.But they have not deactivated it and are sending the bills and harassing me over phone and are threatening to face legal consequences. seeking help

    though I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL TODAY FROM TATA DOCOMO WHILE I WAS DRIVING I REQUESTED THEM TO CALL LATER BUT WHICH THEY ASSURED TO DO BUT DIDIN'T CALL ME.KINDLY CALL AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM

    Default Urgent Requirment of help

    I had a tata photon connection 9212177425. However, few months back, it stopped working and whenever I tried to connect, it was very slow and the desired pages would not open. I called the representatives several times and every time they say that something or the other is wrong. Finally I requested for disconnection as it was not working at all.However the representative tried selling it back to me. I refused and even said I wont pay any more bills. And I stopped using it completely.
    But then I continued receiving bills and calls. Every time they called I requested to have it disconnected

    Since then i havnt paid anything.. and im receiving harrasment calls from advocate from cournt or constable from court.. please stop harrasing me.
