I am having Tata Indicom Postpaid Connection from last 2 years with Honest 450 plan in which Tata to Tata calls were totally free but now suddenly they have changed this plan and they have charged me for Tata calls and when I called Customer Care I was told that my plan was changed and now only 2000 minutes Tata--Tata are free.
But I didn't get any communication from Tata.No mails, No call , No SMS and no letter and when I told same to their executive I was informed that the letter was despatched and it was received by some Sangeetha (I don't know any such person).
Atleast there should be some confirmation call or SMS or email. I am getting thousands of promotional calls, SMS and emails from Tata Indicom so I think it is their duty to send me such important information in mail or atleast they should call me for confirmation.
Even they didn't informed me when I crossed my credit limit of Rs.2000 and after calling to Customer Care I am getting call from Sangeetha that I have crossed my credit limit and my bill is Rs.2436
I am calling Customer Care--Tata Indicom but everytime they are disconnecting my call and their behavior is very unethical. Their executive Bharath and Raj had disconnected my call and they were not able to provide me satisfactory solution.They are doing just Mental Harassment.
I have send mail also to their customer Care but in that also I didn't get satisfactory reply as they told me that they had despatched letter but I had told them that I have not received such letter and they don't have any proof of receipt from me.
Kindly help me in this regards as I am in the condition of Mental Harassment.
