I知 very much frustrated due to Aircel chennai because i have taken new connection with Aircel last month when i have taken the plan they have promised me that i will get unlimited SMS for my plan . Based on that i have taken a project from Zen Group and start working on the that for getting the project i have invested 50000 (approximately) . and i was working from 25 th Sep 2009 Till 12th Oct 2009 . suddenly i called up the customer care of Aircel Chennai to check my bill and i understood that my plan its got changed, i was shocked. Then i ask for clarification one Mr palani from customer care team explained me that this based on the companies decision. i ask for the escalation he transfer my cal to his floor supervisor Mr Riyas he also not giving the proper information again i asked for higher level escalation he offered me cal back from his respect team but still i yet to get call back, and also i have written the same to aircel nodal officers, due to which my work is pending and also loosing the amount which we have invested in Zen Group . please do the need full asap
