    Default Complain regarding non-functioning of my Internet card and Bill

    Respected Sir,
    I am Prashant Pandey a customer of Reliance Netconnect Broadband+
    datacard.
    I bought it before 3 months.
    It pretends to hava high speed upto 3.1Mbps.

    Reliance charges too much for the high speed but its still fine.
    There are two modes of connection:--
    1)HSD (High Speed Data) mode for which I have bought it.
    This signal is limited in certain cities but present in mumbai and suburbs
    and is fast.

    2)1X signal is slow and works where above signal is not present and is very
    slow.

    From previous 40 days I am not able to connect my datacard in HSD mode
    eventhough
    I have full signal.
    I complained in Reliance but there is no hearing.

    I am browsing very slowly in slow connection while there fast speed
    connection is failing and
    there is no response.

    I am paying for High speed signal(HSD) but getting slower (1X) speed.

    They are not resolving the issue and I have to forcefully pay more money.

    I am paying Rs 1213 /month for my internet and they are not providing me
    service anyhow
    and am not able to connect in HSD mode.

    Either they should take there their datacard which I bought of Rs 3500.
    Or they should provide me service.

    Any other thing if I need to provide I can provide you.
    Please see to it, if you can do something to resolve this problem.

    Cool High internet bill

    Respected Sir,
    I am Vivek Prasad a customer of Airtel Netconnect Broadband+
    I bought it before 3 yearss.


    I am paying Rs 1433 /month for my internet but this month they gave a bill Rs. 30,500/-

    we cant pay the higher amount bcoz every month we gave Rs. 1433/- then in the last month they raised Rs.30500/-

    Please sought the metter asap
