last month i had lost RS 30 from my prepaid (reliance gsm),,,,wen
contacted the costumer care they said that it was a activated by me
for a service called "mere vala gana",,i had only recived a call frm
them reg service and wen i cut the call service got
avtivated........wel that time i got an asurance from there
executive(not comstumer care,,but frm the email id they mention on
there site,,....its some officer of theres),,,,now again same thing
hapened,,this time i had only 10rs in balance so that amount is
deducted,,wen i contacted costumer care,,,,,,they are saying that i
activated it,,,,,,now wat can we say to them,,,,,,sir this is not
hapening by mistake,,,,,some technological experts say that this is a
sort of hacking done by company itself,,,,,,,,see we never find such
things hapening from our "bsnl",,only private people do this,,,,,i
tried to contact nodal officer but no response at other end
,,,,,,,,,,,pls sugest me a proper solution,,,,,,sir all we can do is
to send nodal oficer a complaint but costumer care is not ready to
register the complaint and give us a complaint no,,,,,,so wat should i
doo,,,,,,,now may be u sugest tht to send complaint to nodal officer
,,,but its of no use sir,,they will again say the same thing,,,,,,,it
a foolproof fraudelency,,,,and no one ever gets a clue to sue those
people,,,,,,
