Vodafone fooled me Hi,
I opted for Rs 99 2 GB VMC plan and it was activated. I used 190 MB's of the same and after one month i got a bill of Rs 1890 towards internet usage. Vodafone charged me for Vodafone live instead of VMC. When i contacted them they said me a new thing that this plan is not for iphone. If it was not a plan for iphone it should have been mentioned at time of activation. I just used 190 MB of my 2 GB plan, then why should i be charged as i am elligible for 2 GB. Vodafone are fooling people by not mentioning there terms and conditions, they did not even revert these extra charges. I want to raise a complaint against them. My vodafone complaint number is 226356092.

Still no update Hi Sir,
As per your suggestion, i have raised a complaint, but still haven't reeived any call back. I would request you to remove Rs 2100 charge against the internet usage as 2 gb plan was activated on my phone.

The issue still not resolved Hi Sir,
The issue remains unsolved, they are still not adjusting the amount. They are saying that it was consumer who should should have mentioned that he is using iphone rather than the plan details. Did it came to my dream that this was not applicable on iphone or it was vodafone who should have confirmed or informed that this plan was not valid for certain phones? It should have been shared along with the plan details that this plan is not for iphone or other set of phones. It is vodafone who sets the terms and conditions for all the plans, not the consumer. So it is vodafone's responsibility to share these details before activating a plan. If vodafone is not mentioning terms and conditions of a plan and later stating that this plan is not for certain handset, then vodafone is trying to make fool of its consumers. I request you to adjust the amount of Rs 1891 as i am having the confirmation mail stating the Plan details along with confirmation that plan has been activated and no terms and conditions related to handset.

As expected, no call back Hi,
I still have n't received any call back. Is vodafone taking this issue seriously or not? Its being 6 years i have been using there services and this is how they treat there customers.

still no call back Still the issue remains unresolved. If i have paid for 2 gb access, i shopuld get it if you activated the service.
