    Default Vodafone unnecessarily charging bills and sending recovery agents at home

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    Because of financial problems, I wasn't able to pay bills. However, after
    borrowing it from my relatives, I did pay the entire bills and asked
    vodafone to shut the services. Despite there were no services provided from
    September 4-October 4 (bill cycle), the service provider has again sent me a
    bill. I will not be able to provide any bills from hereon. Why whould i pay
    bills when there was no service? These people send recovery agents to scare
    my old parent. Who will be reponsible if anything happens to them?

    Already my father is not in good health after the recovery agents visited my
    home. He is a heart patient.

    Now when i have paid all bills, please help me. I am not in the condition to
    pay bills. Vodafone is troubling us.
