Vodafone bonus 35 card problem

    Default Vodafone bonus 35 card problem

    Dear Sir,
    I am prajeesh from ooty. My vodafone no is 9751458966(you can call after
    9.00pm).
    I activated bonus card for south india 50ps plan. After that I contacted one
    number starting 9035 of my friend residing in karnataka. 2 minutes I spoken
    to him for that they deducted 3 rs even though I activated south india 50ps
    bonus card (south india std 50ps per minute). Immediately I contacted
    customer care. They said that I contacted the number related to himachel
    pradesh so they deducted 1.50rs per minute. But I am sure that my friend
    residing in bangalore. Moreover that number provided by tata docomo.
    After one week again I contacted customer care and they told that they
    cannot do anything because that no related himachel pradesh. More over they
    told that they correctly deducted the amount. They added one more word that
    tata docomo wrongly sold that card in karnataka. As as a customer I don't
    want to know all these technical problems. Again I contacted the same number
    starting 9035, but they deducted 1.50 per minute.

    Then what should I do ?
