Aircel (West Bengal),Reduce the balence without proper cause I have a Cell phone connection of Aircel (West Bengal).My cell number is 9851333733.My problem is that aircel company reduce my prepaid account balance on 19th September 5 INR, 27th September 10 INR,3 rd October 5 INR without proper cause.
I called them on customer care number(9851098510,9851012345),They told me that they reduce my balance for downloading something from GPRS,where my Handset is a Nokia 1110
( IMEI 352261018384778).Nokia 1110 is not a GPRS handset.I told them but they listen me.
I want to get back my 20 (5+10+5) INR as prepaid account balance.
