I took connection for a period of 22 st august, 2009 to 25 th Sept 2009 from uniconnect.in pvt ltd company
I visited Korea south, but all my friend say connection is not reachable or not connected many times not even from south Korea when i tried but a local Korean number.i back to India and 30th August, 2009 and again
on 3rd Sept 2009 i came to Germany , it work well even in Paris it work well and before coming to Germany from India i have 23 US dollar approximately balance.
I visited Germany and come to Paris and make a call India and other friends in Germany.
on 6th Sept 2009 when i was leaving Paris in morning my balance was about 18 us dollar i make a call at German number from Paris airport for about 3 min call. then i took my flight and as soon as i come to hamburg on my mobile i got sms that you don't have sufficient credit to make a call from this number.
I wrote many email to uniconenct pvt ltd but there was no response , then i request my friends in India to contact this company and after long time they told that i had make a call about 24.17 minutes and my balance goes in to negative 13.20 dollars
I was surprised and check my balance by dialing 187 i got 13,20 us dollar that fine and i tried many time and balance was not negative that time. then i wrote email to this company many times but in vain and then i email to my Friend in India. now company is saying that my 13.20 balance in negative. how this can be possible. as after two minute i board in plane and my mobile was off, i have boarding pass with time. i write to company that in plan we have to off mobile then how it is possible to make a call from airplane.
second thing why my balance is 13,20 dollars negative and not 2.50 or 23.40 or 13.75 like this figure. They still did not give me any answers.
why i charged 31.50 dollar for calling in my last call.
I was in great problem that even i could not make a call back to India.
I have given company RS 3500 for connection total
RS 500 for connection charge and
RS 2000 for call rats
and RS 1000 for security refundable.
After continuous follow up with the customer care executives and supervisor I dint got any kind of satisfactory reply. I dint got any call from the concerned dept to which the complain was forwarded. After speaking again and again with supervisor they No provided me their senior numbers,
I have received no call from customer care for the above complain made
I returned my SIM card to company on 25th September,2009 and personally visit company office, they ensure me that my all problem will solve within one week time. after that today they just provide me one line that they are true and i had made a 24.17 min long calls and my balances came into negative.
Even i told them that i can prove that on number which i had made a call around 3 min, as i can give them call details of incoming calls from my Friend's number, and second thing i can also show my boarding pass time for flight and my mobile phone was switch off, then how i can make a call around 24.17min
I took this connection for emergency in abroad, but this company services give me lots of pain and problem both mental and financial. This is not the way to treat a customer.
I wants to go in consumer court against this company.
