Billing Issues of Aircel Postpaid Services My Name is Sarvar Husain Virani
Contact No:9821801087,9768008699
I am using 149 rental plan and CUG Free intercalling charges are added in the bill.Instead of giving so many complaints in Call Centre and Aircel Gallery, I was given 3 days commitment from the gallery that my bill would be clarified but now more than 9 days passed but still there is no response from them.
I have been charged Rs 330 on 9768008699 and Rs 176 on 9768008499.
I am using Aircel 149 Rental Plan
200 Local Minutes Free
200 Local Sms Free
CUG Free
Numbers Under CUG are many
But I know some of them
Numbers are as follows
1} 9768008499
2} 9768131223
So I request Consumer Court to solve this issue as i faced lots of problem.
And I want to complaint against them that they are giving a worst customer service to customers.

I have shifted my residence from No.41,N.S.K.Street,Narayana Swamy garden, Chinna Kodungaiyur, Ch - 118 to New Address Door No.24,Plot No.6A,Nethaji Street, Annai Indira nagar, Moolchatiram, Ch - 51.
I have sent e-mail twice to change the address to corporatecare@aircel.co.in.But still now i have not received any revert.
We have not received the bill for the last 2 months.Kindly send all the details to new address
