    Default Deduction of balance

    My name is Manish and my phone number is 8955528193. This is a reliance GSM connection. I purchased this SIM card 15-20 days back and i was said that i will get 6 GB of net data to use for 6 months (1 GB/month) but on 19.07.12 in the evening Rs. 42 were deducted from my account i called customer care but they didn't entertained me, so i called them again on next morning and i was promised that my balance will be refunded in some time, but i didn't got it. Then i recharched my number and after that Rs 55 was deducted from my account. I again called customer care and they said that this amount was deducted because i used internet. When i asked them that provide me the details of the net i used, they refused to give it. The most shocking thing was that from 5-15th of July, i was in Mumbai and i didn't used this SIM there, it was kept in my purse.
    So i just want to know why my balance was deducted when i was having net balance in my account and other than this if my net balance was zero then where i used it, as my SIM was kept in my purse for 10 days..
    Please help my in getting refund of my Rs.97.

    My complain is still not resolved. I got a call from your Mumbai office (Ph. no. 022 30388366) and he told me to call 198 (Reliance customer care) again and ask them for my internet usage details and he also told me to maintain a balance of Rs 25 in my account. I called 198, firstly she refused to give me my details later when i insisted she transferred my call to a senior executive. After insisting a lot he agreed to give me my details and for that he told me to wait for three days and after three days i.e. today i got the details of the phone calls which i made, instead of the details of my net data usage.
    For three days i was keeping a watch that my balance doesn't go below Rs.25, i was checking my mails regularly for a reply from reliance and after taking this much pain i got a wrong detail from Reliance and their executives are writing here that "your problem has been resolved to your satisfaction", you should check twice before writing here that the problem has been really solved on not. This is really can not be expected from a business giant like Reliance.
    I request you again, please check what had gone wrong and reimburse me as soon as possible.

    My complain has been resolved. I got the my balance of Rs. 97. Thank you so much Consumer Court and Reliance.
