Myself ‘Ranjan Kumar pandey’ is a consumer of Reliance communications. My mobile number is 9334391325 and my consumer Relation no. is 2303686473. I have been charged for free reliance number in the all month of august. There has been no charge taken on all reliance number for the calls made till 13th Aug 09. From 19th onwards every call on this number is charged with the rate of Local call charge per min. I came to know when the bill increased the credit limit and my outgoing was stopped. I requested for bill and after checking the details I came to know that calls are been charged for free reliance number. When spoken to customer care executives they said that it was informed to customer via sms that free service has been stopped to smart phone of MP and Bihar. But I haven’t received any sms till date. I have spoken to supervisor also regarding the same and logged a complain (complain number: - 108425111) on date check the details and waive the amount charged on the free reliance number as there was no prior information provided to me by any means. After continuous follow up with the customer care executives and supervisor I dint got any kind of satisfactory reply. I dint got any call from the concerned dept to which the complain was forwarded. After speaking again and again with supervisor they No provided me their senior numbers,
I have received no call from customer care for the above complain made.........

Last 3 to 4 day's We are unable to get proper signal and say make after call (THIS NUMBER IS TEMPORARY OUT OF SERVICE) per day 3 to 4 hours...always we approached you regarding our problem but no action has been taken sofar, as you know that we are in the hub of the market, (MITHANPURA,NEAR REALINCE BEB WORLD,MUZAFFARPUR,BIHAR ) so we can not put up with such problems, as we are your valuable customer, hope this mail will bring solution to us and we will enjoy service.

If not solve my problem I m goes to consumer court......
