Regarding the dispute in my bill to the number 9840658586. This is to inform that I'm really fed up of your
service. You folks making my life miserable. I asked to activate 199
plan and the worthless agent had activated 98 GPRS plan.I will not pay
the bill what you people generated. recycle my bill or don't call me
again and torchore. I had mailed the same to Nodal but they just
ignored it. I'm very frustrated with your customer service. Now you
people are calling me for more than 5 times a day for the money which
i have to pay. Seriously i have no idea about the charge. Iam Sick and
tired of your call . Your people in 121 and Nodal are just spraying
shit out of me and just understand i'm a new customer to Airtel, this
is really annoying me. Today on 17-7-2012 i received a call from one of your
agents from santhome office named ashok who is forcing me to make
the payment for that amount. he is telling me that even if i complaint this in
forum no action will be taken against this issue. is it true? call me at 9551470041.Gowthum Natarajan

Sir this going beyond limits. Your Airtel collection agents (Optimus, Chennai) are seriously troubling me a lot. They are calling around 30 times a day and asking me for the payments. Since i didn't attend their call they are calling my friends and family members which they took from FD numbers. Who gave the rights for you to call my contacts? Today on July 20, 2012 evening around 6.30 they had called my mom and started to scold her using profanity. This is totally making me pissed off! I used your Airtel service and you had activated a wrong plan. What my parents have to do in this? I'm in a plan to file a complaint against your collection agents in this regard. Ask them to stop calling me and my family. I want you to call me as soon as you read this E-Mail. I got the SIM from your agent named Raja Moorthy and his number is 9840933349. I got a call from a collection agent named Ashok from Optimus Global, Chennai and his number is 8754403018.
