vodafone activate unwanted srevice withouts prior notice I mr sibaram Sahu my vodafone number is 9583166896, vodafone number.in this number the company activate many services like love,jokes etc without my information, i also give request for START DND but it do not activate it.it reduce from my account 160 rupees.when i complain against it ,i only refund 50 rupees, the company do not refund me rest 110 rupees
