    Default Airtel Mobile Postpaid billing problem

    I am holding a postpaid account with Airtel whereby I receive itemised bill for every month through email. This itemised bill is also loaded on airtel website for ready reference.
    But for the month of july(i.e. call made in month of June) I have not received itemised bill. also this bill is not uploaded on their website. I registered a complaint through email, sms and phone call for more than 50 times . But for last three month I have not received itemised bill for the month of july. I also try to contact their nodal officer who sit in mumbai (her name is keri parera )but she dont answer phone at all. Even their franchise cant help me with this problem.
    Now my outgoing calls has been disabled and when I contacted them they told me that I have to pay the bill to reactivate the service.

    Now I have no choice but to pay the bill without receiving itemised bill. I want to sue airtel for such harrasment. please show me the way.

    My details are:

    Mobile No: 09630022104;
    Address : Plot No 182-A, Industrial Area,
    Mandideep - 462046.
    Vendor: Airtel Postpaid mobile

    I went to SIngapore twice in the last 3 months and had requested the Airtel
    executive (Umesh, Himadri and Sanjay - who are airtel employees who visits
    our office everyday for new connections and complaints) to activate
    International roaming.

    However, nothing was done in this respect. Since i was facing problems /
    business loss / delay in business related decision making, i called many
    times from Singapore to the airtel people for the activation and everytime
    the response i heard was that it will be activate in the next half hour. But
    the international roaming was never activated.

    I had registered this complaint with the airtel official but to no redress.
    Despite this, i receive on an average 10 calls daily to make my bill payment
    (which i have put on hold now till the time my query is addressed), which is
    causing a lot of harassment.

    This time, one executive - Sreenivas Samay started talking unpolitely which
    made me loose patience. Hence i have decided to lodge a formal complaint to
    the Consumer Court.

    I am a pretty high user of airtel with an average monthly bill of >Rs.3000
    with no past complaints of late payments.

    Request your intervention to get me the desired claim.

    Default Airtel postpaid complaint.

    Hi Airtel Officer,

    I have applied for CUG connection on 17.09.09. But I could not get the SIM Card as the papers/forms filled by me were misplaced by your staff. When I enquired about the SIM it has told to me that you please fill another form for fresh SIM.

    But in the mean time I received the Bill of CUG connection amounting to Rs. 53.55 which I have not been received/used by me at all.

    Your staff has taken the bill of Rs. 53.55 and issued me a fresh Duplicate SIM.
    Now when I enquired about the old SIM it has come to my knowledge that already Rs.1713/- is outstanding as on 07.11.09. It means that some one is using the old SIM.

    From the above, it is very clear your staff have cheated/harassed me to hand over the SIM to some one for mis-using. I request you, sir, please cancel the above charges and take appropriate action against the staff.

    The above application I have already Fax at 9810498104 and mail at (121@airtelindia.com) on 09.11.2009.
    Please take appropriate action.

    Hi,

    I have been airtel costumer for long, but I am really disappointed with their billing, every month I have a new problem especially with this number 9845245737 ( This is an add on connection for the parent number 9845015737) I have registered record number of complaints ( Maybe more than 100 complaints) with airtel in fact every month Its become a routine calling these guys and its a mental harassment, the issue is of bill discrepancy which is their for almost a year since now. Every month their is a huge amount that is been charged for downloads and using GPRS which I don't use at all, every month I call the costumer care and I am assured of this problem being resolved, but in the next couple of days some person call's and informs me that I have used these services as their system has recorded this (I say hell to their system) Its my number, and who else better than me know if I have used this services or not, in fact I had once written a mail to the nodal officer also but their was no response I think this nodal officer is just a fake to make fool of the costumers. My problems continue till today, month after month, even this month's bill I have the same problem, I had this problem last month, and since more than 1 year their seems to be no end to this, I have my friends who have discontinued with Airtel and moved on to other service provider for this reason.

    I am posting this complaint here and this is final, after this if their is no response or action taken I am moving to the consumer court and will take action and recur all the loses financially and mentally I have faced all through this period. To know about the number of complaints I have made just check you complaint list for the Number - 9845015737 which is the parent number for 9845245737.
