    Default Vodafone Complain

    Hi,

    I made a online recharge of Rs. 222/- on 14 March 2012 for my number +91 998593767 through ICICI site but I did not receive any balance. My transaction Id is SB1343793 and transaction time is 17:08.
    When I talked to ICICI customer care they were saying that the transaction has been completed from their side and problem was from Vodafone side.When I talked to Vodafone customer care they told me transaction has not been completed from ICICI bank side.I have also submitted the bank statement to Vodafone store.I visited Vodafone store number of times but they were not giving any response.They were totally wasting my time.

    Kindly look into the issue ASAP.

    Thumbs down complain against sim card registration failed

    yesterday , I received a new sim of vodafone and after 22 hours it is displaying sim card registration failed . I'm highly dissapointed with your service . my vodafone number is 8676890435 and sim number is 8991752263075699385. it is prepaid and submitted all the necessary products needed to the shop. I was told that it would be able to be used after two or three hours but its 22 hours and no action has been taken by vodafone company.
    i was told that a message will appear for confirmation and yet no message is provided.
    its displaying sim registration failed and no signals are appearing. no network coverage is been displayed . i want you to send me confirmation message on my vodafone number and take some quick action regarding this , so that i would be able to use it .
