    Angry Airtel charging 3g usage in the bill whereas I opted for 2g 1GB plan.

    Hello

    Mobile number : 9003157766

    I am availing 2g 1GB data plan from past four months and bill was generated accordingly which never crossed Rs1200 any month.
    This time my outstanding amount is about Rs4500 as you have charged 3g data usage of 1698(volume).I never requested for any 3g service.
    Upon contacting customer care today morning i was told this is because of my handset.Now this is really ridiculous because had this been the case why this issue did not happen in previous months as i am using same handset.Also,i was assured of a callback from them in 2 hours for bill clarification which dint happen.
    Moreover providing 2g or 3g bandwidth is operators liability.I tried requesting to complain on airtel website but it is not working as well.
    Kindly rectify my bill by earliest

    Its about a month since the issue persists and 10 days since your reply but action is yet to be taken by your team.This is really unexpected sort of service from airtel.
