Harassment by Vodafone Customer Care after wrong billing. Hi,
I'm a Vodafone Postpaid Corporate Customer (Mobile Number: 8860300013) and I have a long standing issue with Vodafone. Vodafone charged me for 3 straight months according to a high rental plan without my wish and now not listening to take those charges back. I have escalated the matter to even their nodal officers but no one bothered to look into my emails. Customer Care is full of underpaid lazy people and their supervisor's are no different as well. I have written the below issue to them many times and here is how the events got unfolded:
25/02/2012: I requested for a plan change from VG_MU_MV_Capgemini_135 to VG_MU_MV_Capgemini_325 with immediate effect.
01/03/2012: CC replied that plan could only be changed on the billing date and it will be changed on 15/03/2012 asits my billing date.
13/03/2012: I requested to cancel my plan change request as I do not need to change the plan now (Proof attached).
15/03/2012: My Billing date. CC replied your plan is changed and I asked to revert it back to the same plan as earlier (135).
25/03/2012: Just to ensure if my plan is reverted back or not, I again asked CC to tell me my current plan name.
27/03/2012: I got the confirmation stating that my plan is VG_MU_MV_Capgemini_135 (Proof attached).
15/05/2012: I got the bill according to the plan, which I have not selected. I asked for the reversal in the rental amount and to charge me according to Plan 135.
11/06/2012: My plan got reversed to Plan_135 miraculously by itself, finally after 3 months but the charges for 3 months still stand in every billing.
Besides, their C.C guys will write me by my name as Mr. Kumar (they have a set performa that they send to everyone) and the company executives call me to pressurize on payment of previous dues. My next step is to file my case with Gurgaon District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, no matter my gains are small or large. If we can substantiate the truth, it should prevail and ignorance should be punished.

Further pressure for payment of bills while delay in Nodal officers reply. Hi Vodafone Executive's,
I'm getting a daily call from your collection department regarding the payment of my bill. I have told them many a times that this is under consideration of Nodal officer's but they do not buzz and keep repeating that I must pay the outstanding at the earliest.
I get auto message also when I try to call anyone to clear my outstanding so that my services don't get barred.
Why is Vodafone treating my like a fraud customer, when I have paid all my previous bills well within time. It's your mistake of changing the plan without my wish, why should I be bothered unless it gets settled.

Vodafone is still not listening Hello Vodafone Team,
Apart from increasing my credit limit to 5000/-, Vodafone has done little to resolve this issue.
My bill is still getting generated with the extra charges included, along with the fine for late payment of Rs 50 each month.
Please tell me if Vodafone has any coordination among itself, or is there no one who is interested in solving customer grievances ?
Trust me guys, I had a much better experience even with Reliance. (used to be notorious in service among all operators)

Hi Support,
I confirm that rental has been reversed to my account, however there are still some unresolved issue's:
1. I requested for the disconnection of my 3G internet service on 11 June, 2012. In response of that, I have got the service number 313075533.
But, I have been charged Rs 100 rental for 3G service in July as well as August bill ????
Can someone please reverse those charges from my bill because service should have been discontinued and not charged subsequently.
2.Also, my billing has rental issue as discussed above (Service request #304228666, 298149686) so I should not be charged late payment charges of Rs 100 for August and Rs 50 for July bill, payment which I have purposely with held till the disputes gets resolved.
Pity that I have to raise these things with you every time but I find no other alternative of discussing or raising my concern to Vodafone. If you have any good alternative, where in I can call and where people genuinely listen and are able to do something, then let me know about that alternative.

Haven't got any reply from VF but got bill with the added 3G charges Hello Honourable, hardworking Vodafone guys,
Month over month, I have been charged 3-G rental charges of Rs 100, despite making several complaints and shouting to even the maximum level.
Guys, please stop testing patience of busy Indians and stop harassing them on petty charges. How much more you would end up earning this way, I wonder .. It's 4th straight month when I have been charged for a service, to which I opted 4 months back.

Hi,
I have been contacted by Preeti from Nodal (earlier it was Lokesh) and she told me that Lokesh is looking into this matter and will give me a call this evening.
No follow-up after then. Meantime, my rental for 3G is still on and my problem of excessive bill from last 3 months still persists. Can you please intervene to Nodal team again ..
