I requested for one month prepaid bill of my Tata Docomo prepaid no. (9028655809) (Maharashtra circle) on 1st May, 2012. Rs. 25 were deducted from my mobile balance and the bill was supposed to be mailed on my ID (getanshulsharma@gmail.com) within 5 working days. Now it has been about 2 months and I still haven't got the bill. I have talked to customer care about 10-15 times but they always say they have already sent it, which is not true. I am highly irritated by their behavior now because i necessarily need that bill. I request the [COLOR=#009900 !important]consumer court[/COLOR] to kindly help me out.

i am tata docomo use rmy mobil number is 9029688781 . I got a msg on my number that recharge of rs 130 u wil get 300 local and std mins . When i recharged i got 115 talk time balance. When i called coustmer care they are nt reponding the cal . Then i went tata docomo gallery they are tellng cal coustmer care.

when i using the internet then after 5-10 min its automatically disconnect.and again connected automatically.for this problem when i called to customercare they didn't give me any response.on my call they answered me sorry we are busy.call next time.or i called 20-25 times per day.
