Sir I have made a online recharge of 222/- for my Vodafone number 9985937657 through ICICI bank site on 14-Mar-2012.But i didn't received any recharge amount.I talked to Vodafone customer care they told me problem is from ICICI bank side that transaction has not been completed.When I talked to ICICI bank they told me transaction has been completed from their side on 14-March itself.I visited to Vodafone store number of times but every time they gave me same answer that problem is from ICICI bank side and they are not able to trace any transaction even I have submitted the bank statement also.
Since last 3 months I m visiting to Vodafone store but they are not responding correctly .
I am very dissatisfied from their service.

I Lohit Bharambe .My prepaid Vodafone no is 9029119456(Mumbai Card).I recharged this no for roaming cutter of 62 Rs. from Vodafone official website. But After recharging also call rates are the same as 1 Rs for local and 1.5 Rs for STD while in Roaming(Maharashtra Circle).But after recharging call rates should be 1.5 Paise per second.As per your customer care service ,I am very disappointed that they have told earlier that 62 Rs recharge is available. Please do the needful

This is bring you noticed that that i am Rupali adhikari There is very poor service of Vodafone in Assam, as i have recharged my Vodafone sim by the amount of 1100 and i got the full talk time, and before few days there was 600 balanced in my mobile but on 23rd June i have seen the balance was nil, even i did not make any call from my mobile, i called the Vodafone Customer Care but they are saying they don't have a record of 23rd June so we cant help you on this mater,Even before mailed you i have spoken to mr rantu Hazarika in customer care again same response, My Vodafone no is 8486092474 given id passbook of sbi bank.
please do something on this mater.

I have tried to recharge my mobile from vodafone website, while on roaming my money gets deducted from my ATM card and transaction is prossessed later I receive a message saying " Sorry,we were unable to process your recharge request.we will refund your account in 5 working days.
